Many of our couples are from diverse cultures and backgrounds. With our multilingual team (Portuguese, Spanish, English, Italian and Dutch) we make communication with the client & the trusted vendors seamless and stress-free, bridging cultures and expectations with ease.

Meet Ana
Hi! I'm Ana, your wedding planner, and the founder of Something Blue Weddings.
With over 12 years of experience in architecture and design, I bring a different kind of thinking to weddings. Where most planners coordinate, I also design, building a visual concept for your day from the ground up so that every detail tells one coherent story.
My journey into weddings started with my own. Planning a celebration in Brazil while living in the Netherlands meant coordinating vendors across time zones, navigating two cultures, and designing an atmosphere entirely from a distance. It was complex, deeply personal, and it showed me exactly what couples need: someone who holds the creative vision and the logistics together, without losing either.
That is what Something Blue is built on. I specialise in weddings for couples who care deeply about how their day looks and feels, whether you are planning an intimate celebration in the Netherlands, a multicultural wedding, or an event that simply needs to feel like you and no one else.
You bring the vision and I'll bring the structure, the eye for detail, and the calm to make it happen without stress or loose ends.
